Using this simple test coupon, PerfecTest determines the actual position of each corner of each inner-layer. It displays that position accurately to less than .001" by layer and panel location and shows the X-Y direction of that error.

The PerfecTest system collects, stores, sorts and recalls this data by virtually any imaginable combination or format.

At job-entry, PerfecTest compares the specific construction of that new job, including material type, copper geometry, panel size, etc., to every existing job in it's data base with exactly the same construction.

PerfecTest then averages the data over relevant previous jobs, to scale the artwork for the new job to zero the error.

This is the actual size of the test coupon. One is located in each corner of the panel, showing the actual location of that corner, on each inner-layer in only seconds per panel. The system will test panels with up to 42 layers.
